PRESIDENT PROJECTS BEST YEAR YET Again I would like to say “welcome” to everyone here at Forsyth Technical Institute and thank you for your support during the elections. I have emphasized the importance of studying while you are here at Forsyth Tech, but I want you to realize that there will be many occasions for social activi ties. Some working projects will be carried out also. In all these different ac tivities I would like for the entire student body to be willing and able to partici pate. Upcoming will be the presentation of a talent show if enough interest is shown by the student body, the Christ mas float is almost complete for presen tation in the annual Winston-Salem Christmas parade to be held this Satur day. I think that through such projects as these we can unite the student body and be the strongest and most active tech nical institute in North Carolina. The Student Council is already plan ning a Valentine’s Dance for the student body. If at any time the students them selves would like to attend our meetings or even present .some suggestions, I would welcome this at any time. I hope with your support this will be the best year for everyone at FTI. Chris Skarzynski President Student Council
