Smith Univer sity. died Wednesday morning, March 26. at a Veterans Hospital in Columbia, S, C. Funeral serv ices were held in the University C hurch Saturday afternoon, March 2S with Dr. A H George, officiat ing. Assisting Dr. George were Rev. M. S. Belton, Dr. A O. Steele, Rev. H L. He was an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church, U. S. A., and a Deacon in the Univer sity Church.
