year, an increase of 8.6 per

For the 44 weeks ended
April 28, the total was

RECENT TOUR OF FUNERAL HOME—Pictured above is one of three DECA classes of i
John A. Holmes High School which recently toured Williford - Barham Funeral Home. While
there the students were shown two slide presentations. One was entitled “The Value of the
Funeral” and the other discussed caskets and other funeral merchandise. With the students
is their instructor, Mrs. and Mrs. Marvin Barham and Paul Miller of the funeral home.
Williford - Barham has several slide presentations dealing with various topics including
Widowhood, Fatal Illness, and Religious Viewpoints on Death. They will be glad to have
various church or civic groups tour their facilities or their presentations can be taken to
groups at their meetings.
