BROTHERS For Chowan Herald The Fannie A Parker Wo man’s Club and Fannie A Parker Youth Clubs (Boys & Girls) attended the Gird An nual Session of the North- eastern District Convention in Morehead City and 110th Annual Session of North Carolina State Convention in Raleigh. They qualified to attend the Southeastern Re gional Convention July IT- 21 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida The Girls Club partici pated in several categories for the Northeastern District and State Competitions: * Talent/Praise Dancing under leadership of Mrs. Lexesene Beasley: Age 9-12, based on poise, manner of presentation, 3rd place dis trict — Fannie A. A graduation ceremony for all seniors was held with State President Jacqueline Hill, and State Supervisor Carolyn Robinson, giving out certificates and college items. * Stella S.
