Bagley and McKeever were charged, and in addition, charges were filed against Douglas (Pete) MeKeever, brother to Harvey; Willie Mae RSswell, cousin of Harvey McKeever and neice of Philip Bagley; and Eleanor Duncan. Witnesses to the incident said the shooting followed a scuf fle.
