Then, with the right hand, systematically brush all the upper front teeth down at least four times; all the lower front teeth up at least four times. Then, go back to the molars on each side. A horizontal stroke should be used on chewing sur faces. A new toothbrush, designed by dentists, makes it easy ..to follow the preferred method; of brush ing—up and down. Arrows on the handle of the toothbrush give these directional signals lot bet ter toothbrusbing. The toothbrush comes in a special children's sise (as Vrell as adult) and the bristle* are tobth-shapei to actually fit the profiles and contours of the teeth, when held in the proper brushing position. C.—The Unit ed States Civil Service Commis sion announces new examinations for Accounting Technicians ftnd Accouting Clerks, Farmers, and Patent AMs. * The Accounting Technician and Accounting Clerk with starting saalries Of $4,480 and $5,000 are for employment with the Federal Housing Administration and other Federal agencies in the Washing ton area. To qualify applicants must pass a written test and have appropriate experience or educa tion. See Announcement No. 352-B for details. Applications must be filed with the Board of Examln ors. Federal Housing Administra tion, Washington, D. C. 20411. ' The Farmer jobs are at Federal correctional institutions and in vojve field crop, truck, swine, dairy, and beef cattle {arming. The duties involve the supervision and training of inmates in these fields of work. Appropriate train ing and experience are required, Entrance salaries range from $2.85 to $4.09 an nour. Contact the Board of Examiners, U. S. Penitentiary, Leavenworth, Kansas for announcements and forms. The Patent Aid Examination (paying $3,680 a year) offers ex cellent opportunities to high school seniors or others with training in science and mathe matics. Last year, Holy Child hood members adopted more than 322,660 mission children in 80 countries. More adoption money comes from class projects such as bake sales or carnivals—or from the children sacrificing a part of their allowance. Holy Childhood members also raise money through the sale of Holy Childhood Christmas seals. First produced in 1916, they We W the first religious Christ mas seals in America. j.
