The Board of County Commisaion er* of Hertford County met on this ?? 3rd day of November, 1910 ,>11 mem bers of the Board being preaent. Proceeding* of last meting read and approved. The following committee* were con tinued, to-wit: Committee on repair* to court houae. Committee on the tank and jail. On motion Geo. P. Hoilman is giv en authority to list hi* personal prop erty with the Register of Deeds and taxes to be computed. Mr. H. H. Jones is given instruc tions and authority to proceed at one to build a bridge across Deep Creek. On motion it is ordered that tax collector of Winton Township re fund to L. P. Hall the difference in taxes on male and female dog. On motion the Board votes to al low the 'Sheriff his phone rents. Mr. Faison having resigned on the Board of Review, Mr. J. E. Newsome is hereby reccommended for said po sition to the State Tax Commission. The Merchants and Farmers Bank of Winton having submitted a prop osition and bid for the place of Treas urer of Hertford County, the Board voted to defer the action on the mat ter until the first Monday in Decern-1 ber, 1919.
