Sturgls, Wyatt Bnrt, and others, bounded as follows: Tract No. 1 of twenty-four and one-half acres, the tract allotted to Charles Early Denton No. 8 In the plot of the division of Jack Denton's estate. E. Oupton, Roy Jones, Mit chell -and Henry Denton, and on the West by the lands formerly owned by P. O. Radford and being the fourth tract described and conveyed by deed of N. C. The said tract having been conveyed to [Geo. K. Leonard by Deed of Hugh 'W. Denton and wife dated February 6, 1896, recorded In Book 100, page 166, Registry of Franklin County, the same having been conveyed to the said Hugh W. Denton by deed of J. 8. Wynn and wife and others dated February 26, 1889, recorded im Book 96. page 96, said Registry.
