H. Allen and his wife, Annie Wilder Allen, all of Franklin County, North Carolina, to Charles H. Barron, Trustee, said deed of trust bearing date of August L Ml*, and being recorded In tbe of fice of tbe .Register of Deeds f)or Franklin County, North Carolina, In Book 233, at pages 72 to 77, and said deed of trust providing that In case of the death of the trustee therein named that the holder or holders of the notes secured by said deed of trust might name another trustee to execute said deed of trust; and where as the said Charles H.
