letters from a great many people
on a good many subjects but here
is one different from any we have
evw received.
Athens, Greece, Jaauary 1917,
my esteemed Venus, in reading
my Anabatis of Cyrus which took
place in 401 B. C, I find the fol
lowing sentenc in book 1, chapter
5, section 5, "Hoi de enoikountes

This I translate as follows:
'And the inhabitants who
quarried and made millstones took
them to Babylon and sold them
and 'by buying food in exchange
they mantained a living." Did J.
T. Wyatt have any thing to do
in the manufacturing of those
millstones, if he did I can't tro
