You advise placing AllcockV Porous
Plasters, in dyspepsia, on the pit of the
stomach ; in ague cake, on ihH solecn,
in torpid liver, over that organ; but I
really think you should also recommend
that one or two Plasters be put over
the kidneys. They stimulate, strengthen
and act as powerful diuretics, thus cast
ing out many poisonous acids and salts.
I have had lever and ague. All re
medies I took produced little or no
effect until I put an Alloock'a Porous
Plaster over each kidney; their action
being mora than doubled, the malaria
was quickly washed away. I have also
had several attacks of rheumatism and
two ot gout, and by applying the
plasters over the local pain and also
over the kidneys. I again found your
plasters wonderfully efficacious.
