Rogers, detective of the Seaboard Air Line, Thursdayjinight in a box car that came in fron Rich mond. They were before Justice of the Peace C. A- Separk yerterday morn ing on a charge of beating their way on the train. They claim that they were trying to make their way to Co lumbia. S. C. Justice Separk Remand ed them to Jail and took the case un- der advisement. They have no mon ey and are quite young and the atten tion of the Associated Charities has been called to the case with the hope that some' plan may be fallen! upon to check the boys in their way of error and have them return to their homes, rather than to send them to the coun ty roads.
