Concord, until lbs 23d day of March next, at
which time they will close the contract. The
building is to be of Brick on a stone foundation!

the contract completed by the 15th of November
1842. The contractor can receive the proceeds
of the Tax for 1840 by the 15th October next,
which amounts to about $1500, and $2500 an
nually until the whole is psidj Bond wilh ap
proved security will be required of the contrac
tor.
