She is the organist for Home Mora vian Church and serves as a part-time faculty member of the Department of at Wake Forest liniver^itv, where she accompanies the choirs and teaches piano and harpsichord.Ms. Bates also has been a faculty member -ai-Salcm College, where she earned^ her bachelor's degree in music. She has served as assistant university organist and has performed organ, harpsichord and piano in recitals in the southeast, New York, Washington, D.C., and New England. The guest trumpeter will be Lenny Foy. Local church and choir members arc invited to participate in the church's program.
