Positive Image gets dancing in new home CHRONICLE STAFF REPORT Positive Image Performing Arts LLC has moved from its home at the YMCA Winston Lake building. The award-winning business that trains girls to dance has moved into the former Samaritan Ministries building at 1243 N. Patterson Ave. near downtown Winston Salem. Owner Courtney Omega Taylor-Porter held her first class in the building on Tuesday, May 26. The City Council's Finance Committee will begin reviewing the budget May 28. The council is scheduled to hold a public hearing and vote on the budget on June 15. By state law, the council must adopt a budget for 2015-2016 by June 30. The budget would take effect July 1.
