Request for Qualifications GENERAL INVITATION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for JOB ORDER CONTRACTING SERVICES The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education (hereinafter the "Board") is seeking the services of Job Order Contracting firms to assist CMS in meeting the student facility needs of a rapidly growing community. The Board invites the submission of qualifications from prospective Job Order Contracting firms (hereinafter the "Proposers") to provide contracting services for miscellaneous projects throughout the school system. The firm(s) selected will perform Project(s) under a Job Order Contract (the "Contract"). The procurement is a (2) step process based on the proposers response to (1) CMS' Request for Qualifications and (2) Cost Multiplier Proposals. Submittal of RFQs is open to any entity that is licensed and bondable to perform the Work of the Project. Based on an evaluation of RFQs, CMS anticipates selecting not less than (3) Proposers to submit cost multiplier information. Copies of the RFQ can be obtained from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Building Services Department, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28208 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed Holidays).
