Why Not Kill The Whole Business The child labor bill which passed the House by a vote of 58 to 27, was shorn of its drastic features and is a mild and harmless measure. It leaves the hours of labor and age limit as at present. Kills the provision for inspect ors and requires the county Superintend ent of schools to look after the observance of the law.
