The twelve ladies en gaged in a most interesting game, during three progressions, when scores were county and Mrs. J. W. Win borne was found to have been most fortunate and received a hand-painted trinket box. Mrs. Thomas was winner of the second prize, a hand-painted satin pin holder: the third, a ribbon inch measure, also daintily decorated, fell to the lot of Mrs. Hugh Little. The guest of honor was presented with a beautifully embroidered bag, the handiwork of the hostess. Each guest was presented with a miniature basket ribbon trimmed and 6 lied with flowers. A most delicious salad course was served by Misses Nelle Swin ney and Lucile Blanton. This but adds one to the list of delightful entertainments given by Mrs. Pless in her new home.
