The Yellow Jackets halted a two-game losing skid and registered with fifth win against three losses. Warrenton stands 4-2 In the loop while Littleton fell to 1-7 on the season and 1-5 in the league. Davis' first TD came In the second quarter on a four-yard thrust off tackle and snapped an 8-8 deadlock. He then added the two point conversion to give Warrenton a 16-8 halftlme advantage. The host Yellow Jackets then dominated the final two periods with Davis leading the way. The single wing fullback darted 60 yards for a TD and climaxed a 70-yard drive. The N. C. Forest Service brought its simulator to the fire house where four members of the service simulated the fire on the movie screen hospital. Instructed the defendant, Bernard Thompson, to reInstate plaintiff without prejudice and to pay her for all time lost, because of the Improper dismissal of said plaintiff. That Defendant Thompson has refused to reinstate plaintiff In accordance with the Instructions of said Dr. Charles Bubw.i, director of administration and medical director. The court finds that Dr. Charles Bunch was within the rigb»s granted him under said contract and authority by the by-laws were In full force and effect at said time when Dr. Charles Bunch ordered plaintiff's reinstatement in her former position without prejudice. For the foregoing reasons, It appears to the court that the plaintiff Is entitled to a temporary injunction: Now, therefore, be it ordered, adjudged and decreed that the defendants be, and each of them Is, hereby restrained and enjoined until further order of this court, from Interfering with plaintiff's right to return to work at said Warren General Hospital In her position as allcensed practical nurse, and without prejudice. Brown, was arrested and placed In jail. At approximately 2 a. m. In the same morning, the defendant, William B. Brown, after being released from Jail on bond returned to the restaurant grounds at a time when said restaurant was closed, and . . ." Judge Brewer then ordered that the defendant William B. Meet (Continued from page 1) Bill Smart, the traffic engineer, told the commissioners that a traffic count would dictate the removal of the traffic light on Ridgeway Street where it la Intersected by Spring and Brehon Street but that his Investigation had shown that the light Is needed here because at the blind corner where Brehon Street Intersects Ridgeway Street. He also said that he would Investigate the need for a traffic light at the Intersection of Franklin and Front Street. A light was at one time Installed at this point but was removed by order of the Highway Commission. Smart also said that his department would take a traffic count to see whether or not a traffic light Is needed at the intersection of Macon and Hall Streets. Merle Atftlns said that the matter at school teachers directing traffic was not under his Jurisdiction but under that of Ute Highway Patrol.
