Warren
Plaza News
By CHUCK SIMMONS
A troop of residents and a
trip to Pleasant Hill Rest
Home in Roanoke Rapids
began the week for the
residents of Warren Plaza
Rest Home. They visited
friends and spent the
afternoon watching movies.
The lawn work has
continued at Warren Plaza,
with good participation
from some Interested and
hard-working male residents,
Alfonza Bunn, Hugh
Phillips, Rudolph Lamm
and Oscar Harris.
Warren Plaza would like
to welcome Mrs. Lois G.
Journigan to the Rest Home.
The residents and employees
will miss and kindly
remember Eugene W. Perry
of Edenton.
Friday night at the movies
was an unusual one. An old
classic silent movie, "Foolish
Wives," was shown. The
movie was a treat for many
of the older residents who
remember the silent movies.
The residents of Warren
Plaza always look forward
to the visits they have from
their families and friends in
the community and churches.
If you have missed
lately, come see us!
