daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred
Slagle, of Franklin Route 1, to

The dinner table was overlaid
with a lovely lace cloth; the cent
er piece being a pink an4 white
cake, containing favors for each
guest, It was tlanked on euner muc
with lovely green vases holding
pink chrysanthemums. .
Novelty place cards,' bearing a
cat's head protruding from a bag,
and exclaiming, "The cat's out ot
the bag," served a double, purpose
of directing-guests to their places
and making the announcement.
In addition to the honorees, the
guests included the Rev. and Mrs.
J. A. ' Flanagan, Miss Rosalind
Bulgin, Miss Margaret A. Slagle,
D.S., Abbott and Ben McGLamery.
The wedding is planned to take
place at an early, date.
