Lyman Wilson, performed the double ring ceremony. Fred M. Grist, of Dlllard, Ga", presented a program of wed ding music, and Mr. Wilson sang. a solo. The bride was attired in a royal blue suit with blue and white accessories. Her corsage was a purple throated white orchid. Mr. Pitts is formerly of Rabun County, Ga., but has lived In Macon County for some time. He is employed by the Powha tan Mining Company. Following the ceremony, the couple left for a short wedding trip. Upon their return they will reside in the Mulberry section. MISS CURTIS MARRIES , RICHARD M. She is a graduate of Franklin High School, class of 1953. The groom is aboard the U.S.S. English, which left for a world tour February 25. Mrs. Wood will live with her parents while Mr. Wood is In service.
