Apple Festival Opens Even To Jail Hendersonvillo's annual North Carolina Apple Festival opened to day with a program of mountain dancing, singing, band-playing, and fireworks. Tomorrow there will be a tour of the Henderson County apple orchards, and on Saturday night, "The Delicious Queen" of fruit will be crowned.
