The comparison of estimated and actual revenue exhibit shows $120, 208.15 more revenue was received during the fiscal year than had been estimated for all three school funds. 1-he Exhibit comparing the ap proval budget with actual expend itures shows a budget excess of $222,563.92, over actual expend itures for the three funds. The Schedule on average dailv attendance shows average daily attendance for the school year 1960-61 as follows: White Schools: Elementary 4302; High School 1625 - Negro Schools; Elementary 3395; High School 945-Totals-Elerrientary 7697; High School 2570. The Dickson Charity Fund has assets of $9,34531. consisting of deposits in bank of $629 31; Certificates-of eposit, $8,500.00; and postal savings certificates of dep osit of $225 00. SCOPE OF AUDIT All recorded receipts were che cked in detail, and were found properly credited. All disburse ments were made by vouchers properly drawn and signed, which were checked against the records and found in order.
