10 -Cooleemee Journal, Monday, Dec. 21,1970 Swicegood Opposes Regional Pollution Control Jerry Swicegood, a member of the Davie County Board of Commissioners, has gone on record opposing the association of Davie County with Surry and Forsyth in the regional air pollution control organization.
