To The Editor To The Editor: Several members of the Men tal Health Clinic Staff visit Broughton Hospital regularly to work with Davie County patients. During our last visit, ill Charles Bahnson County Key Banker A leading Mocksville banker has been named "County Key Banker" for Davie County. He will coordinate the farm and agri-business activities of the N. C. Bankers Association in this area. NCBA President Bland W. Worley of Winston-Salem has announced that Charles F. Bahnson will serve as County Key Banker during the next 12 months. Mr. Bahnson is Area Vice President of Central Carolina Bank & Trust Company. Rec. Center Gets Tickets Donations to the Recreation Center and a rewarding ex perience was the result of the recent trip to see "Hie Cross and the Switchblade, Sunday, Dec. 7. The UMY of Cooleemee re ceived several 50 cents tickets which were refundable if ad vance tickets to the movie were bought. Hie youth of other churches were informed and agreeably consented to use this refundable ticket to the benefit of the Recre ation Center. Mr. Ward Setzer borrowed the community bus and drove it to the Winston-Salem theater. Hie following people attend ed: Margaret Hoyle, Stephanie Setzer, Freda Hellard, Susie Gales, Tina Hoyle, Charles Howell, John Chandler, Anne Foster, Susan Wall, Neal Smith, Ricky Snipes, Randy Smith, Danny Shepherd, Debbie Spry, Lou Anne Chappell, Kathy Ta tum, Cindy Dedmon, Susan Spargo, Suzanne Veach, Lorrie Nichols, Sharon Foster, Debbie Ridenhour, Beth Holt, Wanda Glass, Lisa Spry, Kathy Jor dan, Loran Pierce, Danny Spry, Donnie Jordan, Penny Foster, and Steve Spry. Adults attending were Mrs. Bob Hoyle, Mr. and Mrs. Ward Setzer, Mrs. Don Wall and Rev. William Dingus. The group agreed that the movie was certainly worth seeing and recommends it to all. We were delighted to find that sev eral hundred gifts from churches and various other or ganizations in the county were brought to the hospital and wrapped there by local people. We of the Clinic Staff wish to express our thanks to the many people who contributed to this generous outpouring. This is another example of the fine spirit of warmth and coopera tion we have encountered since the Clinic began operation here several months ago. Cooieemee Journal, Noadiy, Dec. 21,1970- Jack Brown Wins Again Sharpshooter Jack Brown was the big winner of the day at the Jaycees final turkey, ham shoot Saturday. He won two hams, two turkeys and one argument.
