Primary Class Enjoys Picnic
Sunday Evening
Mrs. Will Holcomb took her
primary Sunday school class on
a picnic to Boss' Creek Tuesday
afternoon. Everyone took a picnic
lunch and went in swimming.
After a nice swim, games were
played and afterwards a water
melon feast was enjoyed by all.
Several visitors were present.

A large crowd attended the
home coming service at St. Paul
Sunday. Rev. Bumgarner deliv
ered an inspiring sermon. Din
ner was served on the grounds at
noon.

man, near Union Grove.

FALL CREEK
Saturday, August 5, has been
set aside for cleaning the ceme
tery at Fall Creek church. Every
one having relatives and friends
buried in this cemetery is re
quested to attend and aid in this
work as the cemetery is badly in
need of care.
Avery Newman was able to re
turn to work Monday, following
an illness of two weeks.
Friends of Miss Leora Bray will
be glad to know that she is re
covering nicely from an appendi
citis operation.
