Purlin, Green and Sampson couutlas do not work thfir own convicts, and it ems to ms that it would be well for Wayne county to endrtivor to get the convict from those counties, it would require no additional force to guard twice the number of convicts that we now have and the expense of fcdlfcjr twice the number would decrease the average cost for feeding those thptwn now have.
