CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 - cabbage
3 potatoes
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cheddar cheese soup
1 'A lbs. ground beef
Shred cabbage and place_ in
bottom of casserole, slice pot-aloes
and place on top of cabbage. Brown
hamburger with onion and beli
pepper. Mix in cream of mushroom
soup and put the mixture on top of
potatoes. Last, mix cheddar cheese
soup with a little water and spread
over top of casserole. Cover and bake
35 minutes at 350?. Any cheese
sauce can be used.
