Neil Wilson, Second Vice President of the Greater Shelby Chsunber of Commerce, will preside over the program, J. R. Dunkley, chsdrman of the Chamber's Safety Committee, will introduce Com missioner Brooks to the group. William C. Palmer, Personnel manager of J. P. Stevens A Co., Inc., will pronounce the Invocation. Commissioner Brooks will give a brief,talk, outllntaig the Importance of a safe, healthy and well-trained work force in North Carolina. Commissioner Brooks and other Labor Department officials will participate In 27 ssifety award presentations across the state this year.
