WTVI “Holocaust — The Sur vivors Gather: A Look Back,” Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. A . documentary account of the four day World Gathering of Jewish Holocaust sur vivors, it highlights open ing ceremonies at Yad Vashem, profile of “sur vivor village,” ceremonies honoring IH m. children slain by the Nazis, the passing of the “legacy^ from survivors to their children and an address by Prime Minister Begin. HaLailahBBW Hunter House Story Sharon Sand, Shelly Bregman, Barbara Kirsch and Stephanie Felder visited Hunter House on October 21 to tell stories to the residents and to ex press to them the impor tance of literature to even very young babies. To enhance the evening, residents were given books donated by members of Ha Lailah Chapter so they can continue to share the stories with their young ones. St. Mark*a Center On October 30, Ha Lailah participated in the annual Halloween party for the children and adults who at tend St. Mark’s Center. Members of Ha Lailah led the games and activities and served refreshments prepared by the women in the chapter. This is an ex tremely rewarding event. TbankegivingBmaket Each year Ha Lailah ives a Thanksgiving asket to a needy family. Members are askea to brinff their contributions of food to the November general meeting.
