Twenty-three enthusiastic 7th and 8th graders met at the “J” to get acquainted, eat lunch, elect a Board of Directors and plan activities for the rest of the year. Those elected to the Board were: Mark Warshawsky, Dodie Brodsky, Lauren Weisman, Buffy Helbein, Alana Cooper and Philip Rosenfeld. “Teen Connection” is cosponsored by National BBYO and the Charlotte JCC. Cheerleaders to be at Games The JCC is proud to an nounce its first Cheerleading squad. The “J” Cheerleading Lions (Lions of Judah) will be cheering for the 7 th and 8th grade Varsity Basketball and Soccer teams.
