The Career Success Network was formed by www.coach- sappho.com’s president and creator. Barb Elgin, to “establish a thriving, central meeting place for lesbian women and allies from around the globe who are interested in achieving the highest pos sible levels of personal and organizational career and business success". Dial for success The network’s monthly career tele-gather ings includes two, 60-minute telephone con ference-line events. Members dial a pre arranged telephone number at the scheduled time and are immediately connected to a tele conference of members from around the world, enabling real time conversation. Current members come from a range of industries and include professionals, man agers, executives, employees, entrepreneurs and business owners. In leading this month’s inaugural tele-gatherings, Barb Elgin encour aged members to share what led them to attend and to articulate what they want the network to provide.
