Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m, - 1:00 p.m, 2:00 p.m. - SjOO p.m. This schedule will continue until Septem ber 15th, HUSEUH OPENED The Highlands Museum of Natural His tory opened Monday, June 10th, The first nature study classes for children will be gin the week of June l?th under the lead ership of Dr, Malvina Trussell of Florida State University, The class schedule is as follows: June 18 - children in age group 6-8 10:00 a,m, June 19 - children in age group 9-H 10:00 a.m. June 20 - children in age group 12-14 10:00 a.m. Full details may be obtained at the Museum, which is open daily, except Sunday, from 10:00 - 12:00 noon and 2:00 - 5s00 p.m. BIOLIGICAL STATION RESIDENTS Those in residence at the Highlands Biological Station include: Dr, W, B, Muchmore, University of Rochester; Dr, Allan Douglas, Chico State College, Cali fornia; Dr, L, C, Walker, University of Georgia; Miss Anna Mueller, University of North Carolina; Mr* James ilac Mahon, Uni versity of Notre Dame; and Mr, Richard Bruce, Mir, Thomas Mowbray, Duke University, Guests of the B, W, Waxes last week were Mr, and Mrs, T, H, McCoin and daught er, Stephanie, of Baton Rouge, La, fabe. QjWbcLucvtejA pwm C C Miss Ella Jayne Cabe was a 19^3 graduate of Western Carolina College in the exercises held May 27th, Daughter of Mr. and Mrs, C, S, Cabe of Highlands, Ella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama, Art and English, An active member of the CuUowhee Little Theater since 19^1, Miss Cabe has appeared in seven productions in addition to backstage work. This past year she appeared in a studio production of Ber tolt Brecht^s "Private Life of the Master Race" fall quarter and was stage manager for a Theater-in-the-Round presentation of Strindberg's **Miss Julie", Winter quarter she portrayed Margot Frank in the major production of "The Diary of Anna Frank," which was directed by an Equity player with New York experience, Bill Shawn Smith, During the quarter she also presented a studio production of her own directed version of Sartre's "No Exit," which she did sets and lighting for in addition to direction. In the Spring District Drama Festival at Cullowhee, she appeared in Christopher Morley's "Thurs day Evening," and stage managed the win ning production of Fry's "A Phoenis Too Frequent," which went to the State Festi val in Chapel Hill, A member of the Student English Semi nar and the Fine and Industrial Arts Club, Miss Cabe also served on the annual staff one jrear and wrote for the college news paper, the Western Carolinian, A past co-editor of the GALAX i^iEI/iS, she worked with the publication for two years.
