The Financial Aid Office offers aca demic scholarships to dependents of Steelcase employees. Interested persons hould inquire with the Financial Aid Office, Lipinsky 221. *Lucius Lanier Memorial Loan Fund. The Lanier Fund is limited to male recipients from Western North Caro lina. Preference for loans will be given to full-time undergraduate students, but funds may also be available for graduate studies. Entering freshmen must be unconditionally accepted at the school of their choice and have acceptable high school class rank and SAT scores. Loan applicants, either initial or renewing, must have at least a "C" (2.0) grade pint average. In order to be considered for a student loan, the student must submit a written application, available upon request, and must appear for a personal interview when practical. The maximum amount which may be loaned in one year is $1,500 with the total amount allowed to be loaned to one individual being $6,000.
