Plant Seven Jack Kinsey and his wife had a happy Christmas with their daughter, Helen, and her family who visited them for the holidays. This picture gives you an idea of the wonderful food that was served to the first-shift boarders at a Christmas chicken stew at the home of Inez P. Bigger staff on December 21. COUPONS FOR ICE SHOW AVAILABLE Through special arrangement with the management of the Greensboro Coliseum, we have obtained coupons worth $1. 00 toward the purchase of any $3. 00 or $3. 50 ticket to the world famous Holiday on Ice Show at the Coliseimi on February 21 and 22. Although the show will be in Greens - boto the remainder of that week, the special coupons will be good only for the two dates above. One Dollar Saver coupon will be distributed to each employee; addi tional coupons may be obtained, upon request, from your foreman. The coupons, accompanied by proper remittance, maybe exchanged for tickets by mail, thereby removing the necessity of going to the Coliseum box office in person. They may, of course, be exchanged at the box office also. Claude Eddinger, second-shift boarding supervisor, admires the money tree which his employees pre sented to him at the party. BASKETBALL TEAM FORMED AT KERNERSVILLE PLANT Plant #4 is very proud of their newly organized basketball team. Much credit should to to JohnEdd Cummings for his untiring efforts in organizing and coaching the team. They play in the Kernersville Y.M.C.A. League and now have a record of three games won, with three lost. They are also very proud of their new black and gold uniform with the A.M. C. monogram. Members of the team are James Rod dy and Bobby Eaton, forwards; Larry Roddy, Jimmy Stafford and WallyPope, centers; Robert Frazier, Buster Sey more, Billy Boyd, Kenneth Branon, Jerry Echols and Bennie Jones,Guards. Bobby, Larry, Kenneth and Bennie are employees of Plant #4. Games are scheduled on Monday and Thursday nights. So you have problems? Well don't bring them to work. The first thing you know you'll be worrying instead of watching and you'll walk right into an accident. Pick the right time and place for worrying. Stretch out on a couch. Step into a church. Then you can give your worries full attention - with a better chance that they won't hurt you. -20-
