ANDY KING RETIRES (Continued from page 1) Society of Christian Service. Andy King lives at 307 West State Street in High Point and has driven back and forth to Kernersville with Richard Edmonds for the past eight years without a single mishap--not even one flat tire. The employees of Plant #4 showed their love and appreciation for Andy by presenting him an outfit "from head to toe. " They gave him a hat, suit of clothes, shirts, ties, socks and shoes. When asked about his plans, Andy stated, "We live a very simple life. I plan to stay at home most of the time with my wife. I have worked all my life and now, I hope to live a quiet life enjoying my home and family. It will take some while to paint my house and make other improvements. Then, I have a garden where I will spend some time. " In his letter addressed to Adams- Millis, Mr. King wrote, "I want to thank you for the many years of steady employment you have given me. All we have I owe to you. God has been Andy King is shown above putting a dial on a knitting machine. good to me and given me reasonable health to work. We will always be grateful for all you have done for me. I have enjoyed working for you and all the folks that it has been my privi lege to work with; I will miss you. Come to see us." Here, it must be said that it has been a privilege to all at Adams-Millis to have worked with Andy King. He always gave a day's work of the best in him. And he will be missed.
