He has endeavored to bring about a better spirit among the student body and also between the faculty and students. He has had the co-operation of the student senate and the student body. Having succeeded in creating this feeling there is no doubt but that 'Sir. Barker leaves his successor in a position to do some real work along the line of studerit gov ernment.
