ECTV will make its ’ presentation March 1. ECTV is the first medium to be created since WSOE was ■ established in the late 70’s. Director of the Larose Resources Center Chris Fulkerson said, ”We’ve never had a new medium as part of the media board.” ECTV provides entertainment through student produced programming. It gives students the experience of operating equipment, directing and producing television programs. Programming includes talk shows and academic progranls to support classes. “ECTV is really excited because we want to be part of campus media as a whole so we can all work together,” student coordinator of Campus Cable Christopher Waters said.
