First Meeting

the Nash-Edgecombe Federa
tion met in the Coopers
Agriculture building on
September 23.

John Wells.
Dates for the banquets

at this meeting.

Ed Williams * Pond was the
scene of a barbecue supper
. last Wednesday night for
the tenth grade members of
the FFA Chapter and advis
er John #ells.
Each boy brought a chick
en and gave Charles Vick,
treasurer, enough money to
buy the bread and drinks,
Billy Liles, L. B,. Adams,
and Charles Rhodes served
as cooks for the group.
Following the supper, the
boys scattered in all di
rections with most of them
going to the fair in
Spring Hope, says "Boss",

will include the freshman
