Many say that it is sacreligious while others say that it portrays Jesus’ life in a different manner. The story takes place in Jerusalem and begins with a busload (rf people who are the actws in the film. After unloadii^ the equipment for the filming, the scene changes to the ruins in Jerusalem, and the stM-y begins. The casting for each chaaracter was really great, except that to some. King HeradI was on the obnoxious side. It seemed that his tight plants did not appeal to most of the audience. The music was beautiful and was sung by very professional voices. The songs made the~ movie and if one could catch the words, they were more meaningful than the story. How can he story of such a great man be sacreligious? Jesus was portrayed as a human being. The audience was able to see that Jesus was •apable of being human and showing human emotions. For those who think that this movie tears up the life of Christ, yet have not seen this movie, should go to see it. It is not an inspiring film, nor is it one that| converts the viewers instantly. It is simply a story of the greatest human that ever lived. On the other hand, if one thinks that this is all toere is to the life of Christ, he is mistaken. Do not go to the movie thinking that you will be a changed and better person when you walk out of the theatre, but go in with an open mind, for you shall surely learn from it. m Bamy's | newsstahdI Nash 10% Discount | I for Required j ^ Books J
