CARROUSEL PRINCESS wii Paula Howard Is Chosen Princess Paula Howard has been chosen to represent AHS at the Christmas Carrousel in Charlotte on Thurs day, November 15. Paula, a brunette with hazel eyes, will compete with thirty- five other girls from North and South Carolina. The girls will be judged mainly by their manners. Several programs have been planned for the girls in Char lotte. The most important will be the banquet and dance where the queen will be chosen. For this event Paula plans to wear a black velvet evening dress with a black and white velveteen cape. . Some of the other events will be a four-mile parade and a tea. The Booster’s club has a large number of members this year and plans to sponsor many dances and pep rallies and to raise the spirit of the school.
