Red plaid, black and white check, and. provincial print cottons and ace tate satin pastel stripes or rosebud print appear as blanket bindings in the new line which is planned to provide bedding luxury at nominal prices. Blankets are Luxuray quality of 10% wool, 65% rayon and 25% cotton, size 72 X 90, 3% pound weight, with seven- inch bindings. An appropriate many- occasion gift selection, the blankets are wrapped in cellophane with white rib bon bow then boxed in Fieldcrest’s standard blanket box. Designed to harmonize with most bedroom decorating schemes, the blan kets come in a variety of patterns, all fast-color. Red plaid cotton border comes on white blankets, and black and white check on white, yellow or pink. The provincial print has pre dominating colors of red and blue on a white ground, and is available on white, pink or blue blanket. Acetate satin with tiny pink rosebuds comes on white, pink or blue blanket. Pastel stripes of pink, green, yellow and blue, alternated with white, decorate the other acetate satin binding. Mr. Burke is writing a thesis on “The Christian Minister in Industry” for his master’s degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Ky.
