Selected For Training Airman Freddie L. Hicks was selected for technical training as a communica- tions-electronics specialist at the Air Training Command School at Keesler AFB, Miss. His new unit is part of the vast ATC system which trains airmen and officers in the diverse skills ^’e- quired by the nation’s aerospace force. Airman Hicks is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Hicks of Rt. 1, Leaksville, and is a graduate of Morehead High School. He was employed in the Weave Room at the Karastan Mill before he resigned to enter the Air Force.
