The issue debated at
this meeting was:"Re
solved: That the power
of the Presidency
should be significant
ly curtailed." In the
course of the debate,
there are two teams
representing .either
the affirmative or
the negative position.
The ^irmative speaks
first with an alloted
time of ten minutes
then the negative is
given the same oppor
tunity. The process is
then repeated with a

originally founded by

North Carolina Arts
Council and has con-

in Moore Auditorium,

Music Fraternity.

Charles Conner who
are co-directors of
this years pageant,
have been working
hard to see that this
pageant will be the
