Now - Tomorrow NRA Court Decision Set Back Is Temporary Better Law To Come Calm Ideas Are Desired Country To Overcome It Confidence In Future U. S. SENATOR ROBERT R. REYNOLDS The unanimous decision of the United States Supreme Court in delivering a severe blow the National Recovery Act has temporarily left business, industry and labor in a mud die. It also delivered a setback to the New Dealers in so far as their efforts to regulate the business of the country is concerned. Once more the highest court in our land decided that Congress cannot legally delegate or transfer its law-making powers to the President or any bureau or Commission. From the present seeming chaos will come laws that will be approved by Capital and Labor. Many valuable lessons have been taught by the NRA. President Roosevelt has displayed a tendency of profit ting by experience. Supporters of the administration are confident that the President will stage a quick come-back. New constructive ideas will create a workable plan for the business interests of the country. America will go for ward. America must gp forward. The high standard of the American workingman will be retained as American in dustry realizes that phase of the situation. A spirit of patriotism as well as practical, common busi ness sense must be shown by all parties concerned at this time. This is no time for heated words or biased arguments. This is no time for false propaganda. Labor and capital should co-operate and cooly and wisely •deliberate that some feasibe plan be adopted for the benefit of all the people of the whole Nation. We must realize that under the regime of President Roosevelt we have commenc ed to emerge from the dreadful depression that grasped and clutched the country a few years ago.May we have the fore sighted thoughtfulness and resourcefulness to march steadily on to a better and brighter day. There is no turning back now. I have unbounded confidence that our country will be restored to prosperity under the leadership and guidance of our President. ROBERT R.
