Gore and Company, Engineers, of Weldon, N. C., December 18, 1915, which map or plat is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Halifax County, N. C., in Eook of Maps No. 1 at pages 11, 12, 13 and 14, the said lots being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point, the South east corner, formed by the inter section of Roanoke Avenue and Tenth Street, and running thence along said Roanoke A.venue South 26 degrees 45 minutes West 75 feet .tier of Lot No. One Thousand and Six (1006); thence at right angles to said Avenue and along Lot. No. One Thousand and Six (1006) South 33 degrees 15 minutes East 140 feet to a twenty (20) foot alley; thence at right angles to said last men tioned line parallel with Roanoke Avenue and along the Western edge of said alley North 26 degrees 45 minutes East 75 feet to a corner on the South side of Tenth Street, Eormed by the intersection of said alley and Tenth Street; thence at right angles to said last mentioned line and along the South side of Tenth Street North 63 degrees 15 minutes West 140 feet to the point of begining, as surveyed and plat ted by Joe D. Winfield Crew, Jr. by deed of Mrs. Flora Cohen dated July 11. 1932, recorded in Book 423 page 144, Office of the Register of Deeds of Halifax County, and Lot No. One Thousand and Four (1004) having been conveyed unto J. Win field Crew, Jr., by deed of Mrs. Mamie King, widow et als, dated November 25, 1939. and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deed of Halifax County in Book 498 at page 553; for greater certainty of description reference is here made to the aforementioned deeds, to gether with the tenements, heredi taments, privileges a n d appur tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, including all the buildings and improvements which are now or may be here after erected on said land; and all fixtures of every kind and nature which may be attached to or used in connection with said land or. the buildings and improvements thereon, except such fixtures as the McCrory Stores Corporation is given the right to remove under the terms of a certain lease dated August 8, 1939, and recorded in iBook 490 page 371, Office of the Register of Deeds of Halifax Coun ty; and all the estate, right, title, use, claim and demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of Grantor in, to, or out of said above describ ed property.
