Students will express their feelings and build self-esteem by creating works of art about themselves. Creative portraits and art projects in mixed media plus drama games and creative movement will make for a well rounded vacation. Teacher: Teresa Tew SEE WHAT DEVELOPS! (Sam - 12pm): See what develops when you look at the world from a photographer’s point of view. Construct your own camera obscura. Learn the parts of a camera. Compose your own artistic photograph. Color and black & white photography will be used to make contact sheets to then choose your best photo for enlargement. Students will also participate in making photo frames and albums. Students should bring any type of 35mm camera to class (not mandatory) Teacher: Lori Jones SUPER SCIENCE SAMPLER (12pm - 5pm): Everything you wanted to know about science and more awaits you when you join this exciting indoor/outdoor class.
