Leon Gray, Superintendent, but in making the pres entation he noted that if Hiram Lodge No. 40 had to pay the actual cost of each child sent to Oxford by the lodge that it would have to find about $38,363.77 to discharge this obligation. Brother Gray expressed sincere appreciation for the liberal gift and the support of the Or phanage program by the members of Hiram Lodge. He invited the brethren and their families to visit Oxford when ever possible to do so, and see some of the work being carried on there. Brother A. Brother Pecht called on Mrs. Pecht to come forward and pin it on Otto. In expressing appreciation for the honor of serving as Master of Hiram Lodge No. 40 during 1969, Brother Neustadt thanked the brethren for their confidence and support throughout the year. He noted that 18 had been initia ted, and four more candidates were to be initiated on December 15, to make a total of 22 for the year, with 15 Passed, and 15 Raised, and that three E.
