Notice Os Sale For 1956 Taxes —City Os Raleigh
; Under and by virtuifi of the power vested in me by the laws of the State of North Carolina,
particularly G. S. 1 05—387, as amendd and pursuant to an order of the City Council of the City
of Raleigh, J will offer for sale and. will sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder, at
the Eastern door of the Wake County Courthouse, in the City of Raleigh at 12 o’clock noon
Monday, the 10th of June, 1957, liens upon the real estate described below for the non-payment
of taxes owing for the year 1956, the name of the the owner or of the person who listed the real
estate for taxes, the real estate which is subject to the lien, and the amount of the lien being set
Bout below. Reference is made to the records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Wake County
Band in the office of the Tax Collector for more particular description of said real estate. And
(notice is hereby given that the amounts of the liens set out below are subject to be increased by
■the addition of interest and penalties as provided by law and the costs of sale,

Carolina College.

With young Cooper, writing,

issue.” He works on both the
newspaper and yearbook staffs

School. He is also a member
of the glee club and the band.
